Accessibility Information

The Stockton Arena meets or exceeds all structural and service requirements as stipulated by the Americans with Disabilities Act. The Following services are available to accommodate the needs of our disabled guests.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALD):
Assistive Listening Devices are available for loan at the Guest Relations Desks located at Section 105 or 113. In addition, sign language interpreters are available for concerts, to schedule an interpreter please contact the Guest Relations Manager at 209-373-1400.

Accessible Parking:
Designated parking is available for guests with disabilities. All parking areas have spaces allotted for accessibility.

Accessible Seating:
There are accessible and companion seats available at every price level. Seating locations varies depending on particular events. Please indicate when buying tickets if you require accessible seating.

Animals:
Only Pets serving as guide, signal or service pets to aid guests with disabilities and any animals that are an integral part of the approved show are permitted. Guests bringing in service animals may not take up additional seats unless a ticket has been purchased for the adjacent seat, but may request accessible seating.

Elevators:
The Stockton Arena has (2) public elevators, one located in the north east corner of the Arena behind section 103 and the other is located in the south west corner right next to the team store. Both elevators provide access to all levels.

Escorts:
Wheelchair Escorts are available for disabled guests who may need assistance getting to and/or from their seat. Our escorts will meet a guest at the entry doors and assist them to their seat as well as meeting them at the end of event and escort them to nearest exit.

Telecommunications Device for the Deaf (TTD):
Telecommunication devices for the deaf are located next to the north entry doors.

Alcohol

All guests, regardless of age, must present a valid ID during every transaction to purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests observed drinking alcohol that appear underage may be approached by Security for ID, and if under the age of 21 will be ejected and/or turned over to the Stockton Police.

Baby Changing Areas

Baby changing stations are located in all family restrooms and in the large stalls of each regular restroom.

Backstage Passes

The Stockton Arena does not sell or giveaway backstage passes to any event.

Bag Check, Inspection and Searches

All guests entering Stockton Arena may be subjected to a voluntary bag or clothing search. The search is voluntary because the guest can refuse, but that guest will not be permitted entry to the event. If contraband is found during a search the guests will be asked to return it to their vehicle or discard it.

Banners and Signs

Banners are allowed in the arena for some events; however they may not be hung or fastened anywhere in the Stockton Arena.

Camera Policy

The following rules are general and can be overridden based on a specific request from the attraction or promoter:

Sporting Events: Non-flash, still cameras without a detachable lens, may be used to take pictures of sporting events or events where house lights are illuminated during a performance. Cameras with detachable lens or lens of more than two inches are prohibited from all Stockton Arena events. Any tripod or other photography equipment may not be used or placed in any area of the building without building issued media credentials.

Concerts and other Events: The Event Promoter reserves the right to deny camera use at any time during or before the concert and to prohibit the use of any camera that is deemed unacceptable. Cameras with detachable lens or lens of more than two inches are prohibited from all Stockton Arena concerts. The use of flash photography is also prohibited.

Children

For most events children under the age of two (2) years do not require a ticket if held on the lap of an accompanying adult. Family events, such as The Wiggles, Sesame Street, Barney, etc., may require children ages one (1) and up to have a ticket. Child carriers require ticket within seating section. Strollers are prohibited.

Concessions

Sportsservice the Arena’s exclusive food and beverage service provider offers guests a wide variety of catering, specialty stands and concessions throughout the facility.

Directions

From the North:
Take I-5 South to 4 East, exit El Dorado Street and turn left. Turn Left onto Fremont Street. Follow Fremont Street to Arena.

From South:
Interstate 5 North to California Highway 4 “Downtown Stockton”. Merge right on to California Highway 4 East. Exit Lafayette Street and follow east to El Dorado Street and turn left. Head north on El Dorado Street to Fremont Street. Turn left on Fremont Street the Arena will be on the left

From the Southeast:
Take California Highway 99 North. Merge right on to California Highway 4 off ramp and head west to the El Dorado Street/Center Street Downtown exit. Merge right on the off ramp to El Dorado Street and turn right. Head north on El Dorado Street until Fremont Street. Turn left on Fremont Street and head west until you get to the Stockton Arena located on the left had side of the street.

Door opening times

Doors open one (1) hour prior to game time. For other events, doors usually open one (1) hour before the opening act. This varies event-by-event. For more information, please call the Stockton Arena at 209-373-1400.

Elevators

The Stockton Arena has (2) public elevators, one located in the north east corner of the Arena behind section 103 and the other is located in the south west corner right next to the team store. Both elevators provide access to all levels.

Exit and Re-Entry

There is no re-entry to the Arena. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies (i.e. retrieve medicine from vehicle), must first make contact with a Guest Relations Supervisor to make necessary arrangements.

First Aid

The First Aid office is located on the Main concourse behind sections 109 and 110.

Firearms/Weapons

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not in a working capacity, are prohibited form bringing weapons into Stockton Arena. Stockton Arena does not provide weapon lockers. Weapons may not be checked in at Guests Relations desks or the Security Office. Weapons include but are not limited to the following: Firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas and knives.

Guest found in the possession of one of these items will be asked to remove the item from the Arena or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the Arena and may be subject to arrest.

Food and Beverage, Bottles and Cans

Guests are not permitted to bring any outside food or beverages into the Stockton Arena. Containers including bottles, cans, thermos bottles and plastic coolers are not permitted for safety and protection of our guests.

Guest Conduct

Stockton Arena intends to provide our guests with a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere. Therefore, we have established the following rules regarding guest conduct:

  • Clothing with offensive language or indecent graphics is prohibited. Offenders may be denied entry
  • Guests interfering with other Guest’s ability to enjoy the event will be subject to ejection
  • Guests using foul or abusive language or gestures toward other fans or players may be ejected.
  • Guests abusing alcohol or drugs will be turned over to the custody of the Security Staff, Police or medical personnel, and are subject to arrest.
  • Guest interfering with the progress of the events or going onto the floor will be ejected from the event and may be arrested.
  • Guest conduct offensive to other Guests or such that provides an unsafe environment to one’s self or others shall be considered disorderly.
  • Guest who partake in seat jumping and/or refuse to show their ticket will be ejected.
  • Guests who observe other Guest’s violating Arena policies should report the incident to the nearest Usher or Security Officer.
  • The use of laser pointers and noisemakers, including air horns and megaphones, is prohibited.
  • Throwing objects or liquids on the floor/ice or at other patrons, and any other action which obstructs or interferes with a player or the progress of an event, is prohibited.

Lost and Found

Guests who wish to claim or report lost articles, during an event, should visit the Guest Relations booth at North Entry. Guests who would like to inquire about items lost at a previous event should call the 24 hour guard office at 209-373-1470.

Lost Children/Persons

Children should be told to contact nearest Stockton Arena staff member should they become lost. Lost Children will be taken to the nearest Guest Relations booth (Booths are located at Sections 105 and 113). Parents looking for a lost child should go to one of those locations as well.

Merchandise

The Stockton Fan-Attic, located behind Section 116 on the South side of the Arena carries a wide selection of memorabilia and team gear. The Stockton Fan-Attic is open only during team (Thunder, Cougars, Lightning) event days from 12pm-5pm and when doors open. Please note, the hours may change for events that start before 7pm. For more information, please contact 209-373-1500 and ask for merchandise.

For all other events, if the promoter/act chooses to sell merchandise, they will open the same time as doors open on event day.

Noisemakers

For the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, artificial noisemakers (i.e. air horns, drums, whistles, etc.) are not permitted inside the building without management approval. Noise-making items founds in the building are subject to confiscation by event security.

Parking

The City of Stockton's Central Parking District (CPD) administers the City's surface lots and parking structures surrounding the Arena. Parking rates can range from $10 to $25. (prices subject to change). For more information regarding parking and to download a map of all surface lots and parking structures, please click here.

The San Joaquin Regional Transit District will be running a trolley service that will shuttle guests from the CPD lots in the downtown area to and from the Arena. Pay Phones

There are no pay phones located in the Stockton Arena.

Police/Security

For your safety and convenience, security personnel are stationed throughout the Arena. If you have an emergency, please notify the nearest Stockton Arena staff member immediately.

Projectiles

For the safety of all, guests must refrain from throwing objects in the stands or onto the playing surface or stage. Guests who do not comply will be asked to leave the Arena.

Prohibited Items

The Following items are PROHIBITED inside the Arena:

  • Bottles or cans
  • Food coolers
  • Outside food/beverages (baby food permitted)
  • Frisbees and Beach balls
  • Laser Pointers
  • Any noise making devices
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal drugs and alcohol
  • Audio/Video Recording devices
  • Weapons and dangerous devices of any type
  • Strollers
  • Any other item deemed unacceptable by Stockton Arena

All Items brought into Arena are subject to inspection. There are no provisions for storing or checking prohibited items at the entrance or on site.

Signs

Permanent signs within Stockton Arena are available for lease. Interested parties should contact Stockton Arena Marketing and Sales at (209) 373-1400.

Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Arena and within 20 feet of all entrance and exit points. A designated smoking area is located outside the South Entrance during all events.

Ticket Office

Tickets may be purchased in person at the Ticket Office. The ticket office accepts Cash, American Express, Discover, Visa and Master-Card. The office is located adjacent to the North Entrance to the Arena.

Ticket Office hours:

Tuesday through Friday - 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday - 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Sunday / Monday - Closed.

*If an event falls on a day that the Arena Ticket Office is normally closed, the ticket office will open three hours prior to the scheduled event time and remain open until one hour past the scheduled event time.

*When events fall on days that have normal business hours the Arena Ticket Office will remain open until one hour past the scheduled event time.

Ticket Policies

Age Guidelines:
A ticket is required for all patrons who have reached their 2nd birthday.

Refunds and Exchange Policies:
All tickets purchases are final, no refunds or exchanges except in the case of an event cancellation.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:
Lost tickets will not be replaced by Stockton Arena. If tickets are stolen, guests must provide proof of purchase and a police report at the Stockton Arena Ticket Office. New tickets will be printed.

Resale of Tickets (Scalping):
The resale of tickets is against the law and will not be permitted in and around the property of Stockton Arena. Violators will be reported to the Stockton Police Department. In addition, in accordance with the California Penal Code Section 346, guests may not sell their unused tickets to others in and around the Stockton Arena. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, Guests should make purchases through authorized outlets only.

Will Call

Tickets may be picked up at the Will Call window of the Ticket Office anytime during normal business hours. Will Call is located adjacent to the North Entrance.
